Hes 15, I wouldn't expect anything more from him when it comes to battle smarts. Plus the fact hes been fighting battles, for what, half a year?
Considering hes one of the top students in his class, he can't be that "stupid".
Anyways, he wasn't too stupid to formulate a battle strategy for Byakuya.

In sense, hes just like Naruto rushing into battle, if he would just relax and assess the situation, his battles wouldn't last half as long as they do.

Cmon, even if Zangetsu, or Toshiro's, or Aizens are best, what are they ? Zaraki will just blast their effect to ash with his reitatsu, nothing more.
Zaraki doesnt use his zanpaktou in combat, just its blade, no ability like Getsuga Tenshou. Also he is even forcing it to look worn out, and he is fighting against it, not with it.

And if any at all, its Yumichika. It can suck dry anyone from reitatsu (wonder if Zaraki will withstand it)

Anyways on a more serious note, Aizen would wipe the floor with Ziraki, without touching his zanpaktou. Zangetsu is Ichigos soul slayer not a shinigami.
You did make a good point though, each zanpaktou seems to have their counter one. Take for example Kiras, Rangiku could easily counter him with ease. Another like you said, Yumichika to Ziraki. The list could go on, Yamamoto, to Rukia and Hitsuguya.

honestly, i cant even imagine it. all of the other shikais have abilities that make their bankais at least SOMEWHAT predictable. but Aizens shikai power is sooo much different from everyone elses
