True although I doubt the king would expose himself like that. He most likely sends members from his guard to get them. I don't even know what the significance of the gotei even having a key to his dimesion is, seems more trouble than it's worth.

Now, we know that Rukia was adopted into the Kuchiki family approximately 40 years ago, and this was right after Abarai had finished his second exam.

I have no idea how many exams they have to pass to graduate from the academy, but they are supposed to graduate after six years' study.

Let's say that the second exam concludes the second year (this ain't fact), then there's four (4) more years of school 'till graduation, which means Rukia was adopted in the academy's 2062nd year, + the forty (40) years up to the present = 2102 years +/- 1 year since the Shinigami academy founding.

and yet, both captain shinsui (the one known as a pervert/slacker/alcoholic and has nanao as a leutenant) and the captain of the thirteenth squad ( can't remeber his name butm he's the captain of the squad that rukia is from and has that chronic illness) were amoung the first graduates from that academy or from a special advanced class in that academy. if they don't look a day over 30 and they graduated about 2 millenia ago it means that they aged REEEEALLY well or that people in soul society age just that slowly. assuming the more likely of the two (which is the latter) that must mean that yamamoto was from prehistoric times.

Ummmm Ryuken and Isshin know each other because theyre business associates (Ryuken is a Hospital Manager and thus sends patients to Isshins clinic sometimes if the hospital is too full) and of course shes not a bounto......... thats filler T_T
