that one in Ichigo said that he's part of Zangetsu (if I remember well). in that case that would mean purifing zans.. vaizards can't be purified for sure.

Lewls, purifying means destroying the hollow and sending the remaining plus to Soul Society.
Shinigami obviously aren't purified, so it wouldn't work on a vizard either.

And that's also sort of my point for the Arrancar, since they have an extent of shinigami powers, their souls wouldn't be pure plusses anymore.

Eh, I would say Ichigos hollow could be a being of it's own. The shinigami hybrid process is way different than the hollow. From what we've seen of the shinigami process it seems to be, to obtain a version on themselves as hollows, leading to stuggle for dominance with that being. Unlike hollows who seem to tap into "hybrid" by removing their masks as the grand fisher did. Whereas the implantation of the other side (ie.hollow) seems to be shinigamis only option, from what we've seen.

Wouldn't the possibility or rather reality of their hollows taking a physical form mean their beings of their own? Im not positive because we don't have much coherrent information but lols.

And I still think they would be purified. Not much changed other than their appearance which was a direct result of them removing their masks, nothing else. Their still hollows, just ones using shinigami esque abilities. I see the possibility considering they likened themselves to shinigami, and shinigami can't be purified; however, they aren't. I don't know anymore, nevermind.

yeah, I get it. but I think they are more plusses then they aren't. their similarity with shinigami is just possesing the sword, but different one. they still have hole. so I think purification is possible. also I think we'll find the answer by the end of Bleach..
