Kenpachi kicked his ass, Aizen kicked his ass. The dude is terrible, I hate Hitsugaya, and I like the kid more than him.

Anything he cuts gets heavy doesn't really matter who it is, if he cuts your body or sword doesn't matter more than three times, your done. Its just like Soifons...

But you're right Kenpachi would be pretty good fight against him.

Yeah I just love Kenpachi because he has so much flippin raw strength. The other captains should focus on raw strength more, because that would like boost their power even higher when they are in Bankai and stuff. Kenpachi seriously just needs to sit down and have a cup of tea with his zanpakuto. If he does, the world is over.

I think Ichigo needs to learn Kido, and some Cero.. Dude would be ridiclous, everyone would just kill themselves instead of fighting him. /sarcastic

Starks lazy attitude also supports Barragans perception of Stark, that he is actually less powerful. Plus the common knowledge that those who have nothing to prove, don't. So he keeps to himself, only exerting his power when needed.

Also taking into consideration the simple facts here, when he said hes taking over, he leaned to Stark, not Halibel. The second huge clue was his fraccion:

Who seems to have a problem with him following Barragan. I believe there is a mistranslation there too. "What're doing going alone with him!?"
Subsitute "along" in and it all seems to make sense.

That's because nel is a badass. She would have wrecked Nnoitra but once she lost her reason to fight (resolve) she lost her form. She used to beat the crap out of Nnoitra but he snuck up on her with the help of the gay espada. She may play another role yet.

Well Aizen is in the CC's shikai at the moment and that is who they have a problem with. I see them waiting till they are released to join in.
