Thats fine an dandy that he hid it in Rukia 100 years after his flee and banishment. But if he felt that threat so easily, he must of hid it somewhere for those 100 years aswell.

if kisuke see's incomplete arrancar attacking karakura, then he has every reason to hide the hogekyou as soon as he can. the best opportunity was in rukia.

rukia FIGHTS hollows, on top of that she was growing weaker, she cud have been killed with the hogyouku inside of her, am sure kiskue wudnt want dat to happen

That's what I thought at first but that wouldn't make sense with the order of his words. He says the only thing he regrets is not being able to save masaki but doesn't have a problem with hollows like that. It seemed like he was referring to something a hollow did that caused him to lose his powers 20 years before because it was much after that when his wife died.

i was just pointing out that granreycero's argument to my point didnt hold up.

irregular hollows was just an example of what might have triggered kisuke to hide the hogekyou, its not what i necessarily think did happen.
