it never showed Love's vice captain. maybe Iba was Love's VC, and just stayed on as Komamura's. maybe the charms belonged to Love, thats how one got to the real world, and one was around Iba's neck. idk how masaki would have gotten it though.

Naww, he was previously 11th, remember? He left because he wanted vice captain. Anyways, that doesn't explain why Isshin has it, and claims it to be Masaki's. Maybe he said that, so Ichigo, would actually carry it around. Isshin also seems to despise the vizard, talking down to them with Kisuke. Which also brings up the point, does he know what his child is?

i knw, isshin gave ichigo to wear so they cud see it and knw he is alive and the other ppl who wear it are a part of this organization that issihin is in....

No Isshin said "it was always meant for you" to Kon. He meant for Ichigo to wear it around his waist so when Kon took over, his body would still be protected. As when grand fisher attacked.
