I saw some fan art somewhere of ichigo and rukia as a captain and vice captain pair, it looked pretty badass, i'll try to find it again but i dont know if i will have any luck.

Yachiru and Kenpachi. They have best "teamwork" in all Soul Society, allways know who should be the one fighting, never get in their way
