Zaraki and Yachiru. Its just to classic not to love. I little pink haired girl who has been on the biggest bad ass ever's shoulder for so long. They are just to funny, Obviously their relationship is great cause i am sure she can be annoying sometimes.

for me i'd have to say Aizen and Gin... obviously Gin was a good leutinant(my spelling sucks) being that he made Captain somewhere along the lines... and we all know how smart and tactical of a captain Aizen was...

Best existing pair I would have to go with the 10th squad. This is the fanart of Ichigo/Rukia as a captain/lieutenant pair.
