Face it, Kon is either in a weak(alright, relatively strong) human body or in a lion plushie, they'd have to get him some sort of über-gigai for him to actually do something.

Arrancar don't use gigai... anyway, with a body like that, wouldn't it hinder his leg powers? Those are after all his only strong point.

Well unless he gets into the Rizer Suit... then he has a beam that can only be fire once per whenever the hell Urahara says.
