And Alex I stand corrected on the recent release not being the first time he opened his mouth but it changes nothing. It actually supports my theory.

He was clearly put under the struggle/ task of defending himself against an attack, and drew out the power that he needed. We never saw again until now. And this was during the activation of the mask, not struggle for survival. To simplify he's instantly obtaining the power he had to work for then, without effort, which clearly shows advancement and better control.

what i like most about bleach is that ichigo is not the most powefull guy-around i really hate that thing, in all the animes i've seen the main char becomes the strongest and beats everybody -> crap

i like bleach because there are so many chars and each with his unique abbility , one stronger that the other

Yea, thats one of the awesome aspects of Bleach. What beats one character, wouldn't have any effect on the other. Its pretty well balanced for now. Although once the vizard come in and the top the espada start trying, I think that tradition of Bleach is going to be long gone.

lolz, Ichigo keeps getting the crap beat out of him, makes bleach intresting.. after watching so many animes where its (good guy beats crap outta bad guy everytime or pulls it out last minute) it turns out as (good guy gets raped and made holy), I love that.. and he isn't a completely virturous character either, he has his dark thoughts and his dark side, though its more pronounced than in most animes >.>

A thought came to me about Ichigo and his hollow powers. There was a post thread awhile back about his inner hollow being a vasto lord. What if it wasn't his inner hollow but Ichigo's soul that had the potential to become a vasto lord?

If he had became a hollow instead of a shinigami after he was tossed into the hole by Urahara and managed to kill and/or get away from them and was able to evolve as a hollow, could he turn into the vasto?

Keep in mind this is alot of if's and what could be's but to me it sounds like a reason for him having so much power even before he became a shinigami.

And there had to be more reason as to why it was he was able to become a vizard without Urahara using the same methods as Azien when he made the others.

Oh I see what your saying. But I think that potential was the potential for Ichigo to become strong no matter what he became. If he were to become a hollow instead of shinigami he would most likely be just as powerful. I think it turned out for the best though, vasto are very rare because of the requirments, and those don't apply to his hollow.

And thats a good topic, I had a theory on your last response but that was nothing special. I think Ichigo becoming a shinigami just supressed or overwhelmed his hollowtrasformation, thus taking over and pushing it aside in his soul. don't know lol.

Well the best explination of Ichigo's powers came from Yoruichi. She said he was born with them. SO he might have been born with this current power he has right now.
