Arrancar is a verb that means "to rip/tear off", but otherwise that is correct. The Kanji does mean "ripped mask" Arrancar - Bleach Wiki

Exactly Wonderweiss is not of any category. I think Wonderweiss should do something after seeing Tousen die,since he was attached to him in a way.Hopefully that will happen so we can finally see the power of the complete hogyouku.

Wonder what this kids actual power was prior to be a complete tool. He clearly displayed vasto potential prior to release. I had so much faith in this character, I'm surprised in myself for actually expecting Tite to follow through with his foreshadowing and development. Oh well, Tite's probably the worst of the "3" at character development. Poor Shinji... =/
