don't want to start an arguement on your thread, but really, is that not what the theory thread is for ?
I always though character discussion threads were pointless...but I think even more so on a character we know almost nothing about

Haha, I'm not the kinda person to argue over this, everyone has their own view on it. Like Whewt said a LOT of peeps don't go in the Theory thread even if they have something good to say, hell I rarely go in there. Of course my activity has dropped tremendously from what it used to be in the Bleach section, but that's beside the point

If you said a threads like the Character Discussions had to go into the Theory's thread, then almost every thread that means anything here would have to. Many people miss when someone has a good idea about something, and it's basically wasted.

First of all, WW is obviously a cookie monster. No doubt about it.

Secondly, WW maintaining humanoid form is not very strange at all. Even low-intelligence adjuchas have a pretty big chance of maintaining humanoid form, and while he's socially retarded his IQ might actually be high(hell he figured out the Bara without instructions in like five seconds.)

Thirdly, Aizen might have created him for no other purpose than the "capture inoue diversion", or because Tousen wanted a pet.

Seriously though, a Vasto Lorde is supposed to be superior to a captain in their normal form. In arrancar form... well, manga readers have seen Ulqiorra's full power, and WW is nowhere near that.

Spiritual pressure manipulation hardly warrents intelligence. Gillian class hollow launch ceros more than any other class, and their intelligence is little to none. And Aizen would not waste his time creating a worthless arrancar while the hogyoku was deterating. Everything he does has a point, ie. sending Ulquiorra to finish Ichigo off because he may be a threat to him later.

And you have nothing to support this claim, we have no idea what WW is capable of.

True, but we don't have any indication that he is capable of anything more than what he's shown so far. And he might have been something of a failure...

BTW, where's this idea that the hogyoku deteriorating coming from?

Edit: I'd like to add that I do not agree about reiatsu manipulation and intelligence not being linked. The Cero is like an instinctive ability that is basically the menos' only attack, kind of like how Ichigo just fired off Getsuga without knowing how. The Bara however is a little more advanced move that I've only seen Espada use, and I'd liken it to Kidou.

I think you have it backwards on Cero and Bala. Bala is considered much weaker than Cero, the strength of a Cero and Bala depend on the Arrancar using it. Ulquiorra can fire Cero's at the speed of Bala's and it has much more power than a regular Bala.

I would say Cero is much more advanced.

Your correct cero seems to be instinctive, although SJ is correct as well. I wouldn't say bala was advanced, that satement can be proved wrong by Yammys display of Bala alone. Bala seems to be an arrancar only ability.

As we are assuming cero is instinctive move for menos, I would say bala is instinctive to arrancar. Wonderwyce was created mere moments before they invaded Karakura town. And as we established above, bala is an arrancar only ability. Wonderwyce mastered it's secrects in moments, however it's more advanced than cero? Doubtful, I would say it's instinctive as well, and could also be compared to Ichigos GT.

I think i remember that too, after he used it on wonderweiss didn't it crack from overuse, or maybe i'm just completely making it up but i'm with u in thinking that happened.

Yeah Bara/Bala is definitely an arrancar only ability, that seems pretty apparent.
I still consider the Bara a little more advanced though. Yammy says that it works by focusing your reiatsu to clobber your enemies with, and that while it's weak it's also twenty times faster(that would be twenty times faster than a cero from the same arrancar, I suppose).

So my basis is simply that the bara needs some holding back and is a precision strike, while the Cero is a full-power beam.

As for the H-orb breaking down, the reason I find that unlikely is because Aizen said even Urahara couldn't destroy it. Would be strange if it could just break down by itself...

Back to WW however. Since we're discussing him, what do you think his Ressureción would be?
