It has been said all along Ichigo's power is huge he just doesn't know how to use it yet, so it is feasable that he has power on the same level as Aizen and that would awaken the Hoyokegen when he stole Rukia's power.

well, ichigo has really high reiatsu, plus his inner hollows reiatsu, it might be enough. plus, theres a difference between "using" the hogekyou, and having it inside you. and like i said, this probably isnt true, just a thought. i dont expect these events to unfold.

1. He didn't have an inner hollow when he stabbed Rukia. We saw the birth of his hollow in Kisukes hole.
2. He was mere peon when he first started off, unable to even fase Byakuya Kuchiki, in his fight with Renji.

He was interested because of his growth rate, it was unlike any other. Plus the fact that he was only human, which made him that much more interested.

He was only human but Kisuke killed him so he could regain his soul reaper powers. How come when he died he didn't go to soul society? Every one that dies goes to soul society or becomes a hollow.... or in his case an arrancar since he had contact with the hoyokegen.

Look I am not saying it is the most likely theory, only that this is in the realm of possibility.

They don't immediately become hollows if spirits don't go to soul society. The hollow transformation comes from feelings inside of hate or regret, or they are turned into hollow by other hollows. Not going to soul society when one becomes a spirit does not make one a hollow. Ichigo was able to overcome his feelings of regret inside the whole in Kisuke's basement and attain the ability of a soul reaper effectively preventing him from becoming a simple hollow.

In a more recent episode Rukia questioned Ichigo about why he is afraid, and she asked him if he was afraid of the hollow inside. This would suggest that all soul reapers have an inner hollow, which explains the ability to become Vizards.

Good point but when he left the hole he was in full hollow form, and it has been shown with nel that arrancars can have more compationate feelings.

But...! Kisuke seperated Ichigos soul from his body, eventually cutting his chain of fate, seperating his body from his soul. Thus throwing him into the death cycle.



Ichigo is a rare case, I doubt any soulreaper other than him has an inner hollow. Due to the fact that they most likely passed over before the hollow process began. Or they were born there.

Ok so, once you die, your a spirit until you:
A: Become a hollow
B: Become a soul reaper
C: Your spirit is just sent to Soul society to live, (becomeing a soul reaper there)
Soo...Ichigo being forced into one of those 3 we can cross out option C since, noone was going to pass him over. He started his hollow transformation, and in the mist of it, found his shinigami abilities, which suppresed his hollow transformation. But didn't get rid of the hollow, just forced him into his soul. Thus creating a shinigami with an inner hollow.
