So maybe ishin departing the shiba , preceded the down fall of the clan.

then how, hypothetically speaking , a clan like shiba ,have a captain ,ishin, in gotei 13 or from zero squad, and be a fallen clan?

1. Isshin has been a human for 20 years. We don't know for how long or what he was before that, nor if he became a human directly after leaving SS, but disguising yourself as a human has some sort of precedent, so I say he probably turned right after leaving.

2. No one mentions Isshin in SS. There isn't a hint of a memory of Isshin in SS. If he was there before, wouldn't he be part of the memory when Rukia brought in Kaien's body? And Rukia clearly doesn't recognize Isshin.

yes, she have remember him, so my assumption was wrong, so ishin after all is't from shiba clan, that we can assume whit our current information ,right?

Well, as things stand we can probably assume that, yes.
Though honestly speaking, with so little information about him we can almost only assume negatives and not positives(i.e we can assume some things he's not but not things he might be)

for now,but hopefully ishin will play a bigger role in the future, at least in this battle.
something tell me that is more to said about ishin, it could surprise us.

I have a assumption,i don't know if i am right or wrong,but ..what if ishin was promoted to royal guard long time ago, before shinji, love and others captains (of course except shunsui, utitake, yamamoto and the captain of the fourth squad) where captains.
Because yamamoto and co don't see him at all,in present ,they don't have the opportunity to remember him, and shinji and co don't know him,because they never meet him.
And because of some weird reason,or maybe he have a mission that was failure
(or not) he have to leave in the real world ,20 years ago ,where he meet his wife and urahara.
what do you think?

Seems a little bit far-fetched, but something along those lines is possible.

Only problem is that he'd probably be a lot older, it seems like only the most venerable captains are promoted to RG.
