1)Renji vs Byakuya
When the fight is almost over Byakuya asks renji if he will keep on going and he says

2)Ichigo vs Grimmjow 3rd fight.
Ichigo's mask is almost entirely shattered and the moment grimmjow charges at him for the death blow Inoue cries and tells him not to get hurt anymore so Ichigo grabs his arm and goes like this :
"I'm sorry Grimmjow , i cannot afford to take any more injuries"

It was in the intro to the show that played in some earlier episodes where Ichigo says, "since the day I got shinigami powers, my life has changed" (or something like that), I just sat there thinking that it was probably the most obvious statement I had ever heard. I liked the perfection speech as well.
