kenpachi wouldn't be immune just bc he doesnt no its name ,he would release his sword from him and everyone would be " who is this guy " doesnt mean his zanpaktou wouldnt be affected . thats y kenpachi wont be in this filler bc they cant reveal what his zanpacktou is bc the manga hasnt

I Agree, although i wish he could just fight other people's zanpacto... it's kenpachi ,the man who gets cut on purpose.

they said zaraki was on a mission... i also thought muramassa was zaraki´s sword but now muramasa said he killed his wielder so he can´t be... unless he was lying XD
and what we do need now is that zaraki appears and defeat everybody because he doesný need his zanpakuto´s powers...
and of course in order for everything to return to normal muramasa must be killed so all zanpakutos get over muramasa´s spell :P

The filler as a whole is imo the best so far, this episode however is very average. Half of this episode is, we're still not sure exactly why this happened, these ppl are still hurt or missing, (pretty much the non fighting stuff from prev. episodes).

The other half was Kazeshini and zabimaru which was somewhat interesting for various reasons, and the Hollow Ichigo/ Muramasa encounter which was bad@$$ foreshadowing for the next episode. Overall to me this was an almost pointless segway episode to drag out the filler but i guess its ok if it ends up starting the next w/ Hollow Ichigo vs. Muramasu battle hehehe

An interesting filler but a little bit off-track IMO! I mean zanpaktous using swords-like abilities, arent they supposed to be that themselves?? They could've been more creative though.. its abit disappointing :/
And I hate that most of the time Kenpachi gets missing.. damn we could use some crazy action here but no not nowadays! I think Bleach is loosing its edge against other animes (and in manga aswel) :| Its good to see tht Hollow Ichigo's here to my relief Waiting for next epi, hope it goes CRAZYY

What about Ichigo's dad? He was revealed as a Shinigami, he's a bit player and since this is an arc maybe muramasa is his zanpakutou...

My theory is:
Actual Muramasa swords are supposed to cause their wielders to go mad - to kill or to commit suicide so maybe Muramasa the Zanpakutou drove his wielder - Ichigo's Dad - to break the law somehow and rather then the exicution that Rukia faced given the special circumstances He was separated from his Zanpakutou to save him.

There is a problem with Ichigo's dad being a Shinigami - shinigami on earth are like spirits - so how could Ichigo's Dad have children?

Maybe Seretei underestimated Muramasa the zanpakutou and he took the big share of power when they were separated. That could leave Ichigo's dad a powerless human and leave muramasa with the power to manifest himself physically in seretei after a time.

good idea,
but they dont tend to develop on main story characters during fillers
