yeah but the reason yammamoto 's gone is because ryuujin jaka wouldnt listen to muramasa and leave yama for the zanpakutou

Do you really think he is a traitor to Soul Society? I think he has some plan to destroy Muramasa, he just has to get close to him first....He must be trying to figure out how to fix the zanpaktos that have been killed by someone other than its master because didn't he only show up after they killed the one in the laboratory? (Even though he was "missing" at that time.?)

very great logic aint it... well ByakuyaKuchiki stated it would be trouble if kenpachi's zanpakto went bankai which it cant

It is. No zanpakuto whose wielder has not achieved bankai will go bankai in this filler.
Nor will those that I know have bankai but haven't shown them yet in the anime.

yes because it stuffes the anime up for when they will eventually show their bankais in the main storyline
