I really don't believe that Bleach is the worst of the big three.

Looking at Naruto it may have the underdog story but Kishimoto is very focused on relationships and emotions. Many of the characters are spychotic, twisted, disturbed and well dark. Naruto has indeed got stronger but he is still not the smartest cookie in the shed although he has matured (but the anime fillers make the series look childish and makes Naruto look even more stupid) I go by the manga.
The story itself to me is deep on an emotional level, it is not a story for kids, and because how the characters relate to each other are developed as well as their fighting abilities, it makes the fights more personal.

I think Bleach could kill off all their characters and I would not be phased at all, I would not even find the reactions of their friends that heart breaking as their relationships were never developed. I do think I will be crying at the end of Naruto and I have cried several times during Naruto because they have had character deaths that mattered.

In an underdog story, there is character who's goals and ambitions is laughed at, but somehow prevails against the odds stack against them. Somewhere along the way, the underdog has to step up because they are underrated for a reason. They have to overcome themselves if they ever want a chance to upset the "top dogs."

I agree with what Omega said, but I do have to say I agree with your last point about just doing something really unique, breaking out of the stereotype and the next big three being rare. But then again if an anime has so much progression and development around the main character, I am more then satisfied. And that is what has happened with One Piece (not so much iwth Naruto, which has been more predictable).

I don't listen to soundtracks much, but the only soundtracks from anime I've ever liked are Dragonball Z, Darker Than Black and Gintama. They may be a few more but Bleach is definitely not one of them.

Early Bleach beat Early Naruto, but OP has consistently been awesome.

Therefore with OP at the top [Although Naruto has become more awesome recently with the Ninja War arc], it comes down to Naruto and Bleach.

Naruto had a decent time skip: lots of things went down and the story was totally refreshed.
Bleach's time skip sucked balls: That entire period focused only on Ichigo and how much of a whiny biatch he became. The story became so straight-lined post-Aizen that it eventually resulted in Bleach dying.

I dunno, it's too vast to try and compare these three completely.

But Bleach got crappy, whilst Naruto and One Piece got better.

Its only saving grace is its soundtrack which remains one of my favourite anime soundtracks, but that doesn't make up for what has become a 5/10 story at best, with the manga falling into despair as well.

Not trying to base everything on the time skip, but it's 2:30 am, I'm tired, tipsy and I have school in the morning xD

I don't think any of the Big 3 have excellent soundtracks. They each have some good OSTs, but there are much better anime soundtracks out there.
