Which means the Quincy sealing bankai thing does not work on hollows powerful enough since Ichigo do have a very powerful hollow inside him. Or that it doesn't work on humans. Or both. Also we don't know it the sealing will work on the Vaizards either. They just said they can seal bankais, but obviously they can't seal everyones. Also they haven't sealed anyone's bankai yet. So for all we know they can't even seal a shinigami's bankai. The quincy claiming to be able to doesn't equal them being able to.

Agreed. We don't know whether or not it will have any affect on the Vizards. I sort of wonder if it is due to the hollow side, and that is how SS will be able to even remotely stand their ground. The individuals that they persecuted and shunned now become the saviors of SS while in service. Interesting, but cliche, concept.

On the other hand, if it is due to the human nature of Ichi, then it would provide a good plot device for Isshin's back story. Not to mention the Sub Shinigami becoming accepted and necessary, again, because of Ichi's service as the savior of SS after being persecuted as a group.

I could see this going either way.

bankai is all about knowing your sword right? so if you don't use it surrly we lose touch with it? Still i stand by my comment on the last page
