Quincy captain was quickly beaten. After showing his awesomeness, I suppose it was going to happen around this time.

I should have expected that Ichigo's bankai wouldn't be taken....ever. Sometimes I just want him to have a hard time, but forget that he's super powerful. *sigh*

Still good chapter though.

Eh, kind of? It seemed to be using the fragments of hollow power to enhance their human abilities and get new ones.

There's still no real reason why his hollow powers would be all of a sudden removed from his shinigami powers.
It's possible that Tite decides to undo the whole training to unify them completely as an excuse to get another training arc out of this baby, but other than that :<

Well he kinda had nothing but a hard time throughout the Arrancar/HM/FKT arcs.
