Bleach Manga Discussion #2: OMFG, BACKSTORY!

Well they're there for quite some time. Do we really want to see a bunch of people grinding levels in an MMO?
So far the time skips haven't bothered me much, they've become part of the story and it sure speeds up development. Plus it ups the stakes and increases the relevance of the world they're in. All that time passing by is kinda integral to their state of mind.

Wouldn't call it the next Code Geass, but it's definitely among my favorites so far.

I think I'll pass. Just give us a new martial arts anime already in DBZ or Yu Yu Hakusho's vein.

DBZ is hardly a martial arts anime, it was borderline in vanilla DB -_-

Anyway, try it before you knock it off your list, it's been enjoyable so far.

I started it today I am on episode 5 and it.........is awesome MMO with this much story is pretty damn well made.

the gif with the arrow was from the prequel the other one was from the "sequel"

the composer is the same guy who did DGray Mans OST, to be honest i didnt like DGray Mans soundtrack except for a few songs but i think that this guy got a lot better in SS LC
isnt Casshern Sins supposed to be a classic? if it looks like Omega then i wont watch it, Omega has the typical nakama power crap, random power ups, it lacks blood an good guys never die... very inferior compared to its predecessors

i havent liked it that much so far, it has great an detailed animation, awesome soundtrack an a couple of good fight scenes but the characters are lame an generic... i kinda like Klein but he barely appears

i rarely rewatch any anime so id say watch the prequel instead... the original SS was great for its time but it hasnt aged well imo like a few other old anime like Legend of the Galactic Heroes

I guess I can try it at least. :O

Goku always showed martial arts elements though, it was mostly the villains that didn't, which makes sense.

Martial art styles more or less became redundant in DB after the second or third World Tournament since every could fly and use Ki beams.

i'll be mad if they do what they usually do in bleach and have a character who is seemingly beating his opponent get beat.
most likely the captain commander is going to lose so Ichigo can save the day(like always) if he ever gets out.
