Okay, so I've done an experiment to find the effect of substrate concentration on enzyme activity.

I used different concentrations of Hydrogen Peroxide with a Catalase.
So:
100% H2O2 0% H2O
80% H2O2 20% H2O
60% H2O2 40% H2O
40% H2O2 80% H2O
20% H202 80% H20
