Give me oral...

advice on helping my damn toothache!
It's been off and on for over a year now, and eventually goes away; but this time, it's really killing me. Anybody have any ghetto ways of helping toothaches that doesn't involve taking medicine? Pain relievers like Tylenol really don't help that much.

Yea, I'm not really expecting any serious answers, knowing how you douchebags are. I mainly just made the blog for the title. : D
