well thee past few days i've been pretty sad & depressed , i dont know if i will ever be the same again . you guys can say its teenage stuff , but we've all experienced this once in our lifetime . && i've had some of my friends help me out & i'm glad to have talked to them about it , but still sad as ever )':

When you feel sad, don't think, it will make you more depressed. Instead, grab a bunch of comedy films (or watch comedy anime) and laugh as much as possible.
