I think we should all take a moment to think about what that means to each of us individually, as a nation, and as a world, and maybe another moment to remember all the peoplez.

Ok, so I just got a call from my cousin. He was in Afghanistan, got back not too long ago, and is now stationed down in Texas. About a month ago his grandfather died, and his girlfriend/maybe fiance (i dunno exactly) broke up with him. He got all depressed and spent some time in the psych ward.

He's done with that now, and has a problem. Apparently his laptop has been hacked, and he lost a lot of personal information, including his Social Security number, pretty big deal right? Apparently it wasn't just his laptop, but also his phone, which are both going through wireless internet on the base, so I told him to report it to his commanding officer, as that would be the obvious thing to do in that situation. Apparently he thought so too, because he already did that, and his CO referred him back to the psych ward because of his recent history.

Seems kind of ****ed up. Is there anyone who maybe knows what to do if someone's in a situation like this?

So, I was at my local Soup shop, which just happens to be a front for the Irish mob, when suddenly the police busted in an demanded that I take my clothes off so that they could perform a cavity search. Now, normally, I wouldn't have questioned it, I was high at the time, and in all honesty, I was in possession, but if they had opened the door to the kitchen, they would have found the hub of a money laundering business.

Now, I'm no rat, so I proceeded to strip for the officers. I'm no stranger to cavity searches, they usually involve a latex glove, and some sort of lubricant, but something seemed a little fishy. Somehow, the officers were under the impression that I had a latex allergy, and decided to use a pair of cold metal kitchen tongs, which they obtained from the kitchen only feet away.

WTF!?!?!? I've been in that kitchen, there's money stacked to the ceiling, and cocaine residue on most of the kitchenware (possibly what makes the soup so addictive?).

So, ignoring the illegal activity in the room next door, the cops proceed to search my innards for the dime bag that was, in fact, in my pocket.

They finished up, and having found nothing, apologized for the inconvenience, and went on their way.

It wasn't until the next day when I saw the youtube video of me being sodomized by a cop with kitchen tongs, with the title "April fools Cocobear!" (Cocobear being my alias when I partake in criminal activity)

So, yeah, good joke Irish mob! It still hurts to walk, and everywhere I go I get my ass grabbed by would-be chefs with kitchen utensil fetishes.

Debated my schmuk and scholar alike.

1. Yesterday I had the worst Panic Attack I've ever had in my life, which means it's quite severe, seeing as how I have them every couple of days.
I often have tremors, and chest pains occasionally accompany them, but last night both of these symptoms were incredibly severe. I felt like a clamp had been placed on my chest, pressing down on my heart with incredible force. My appendages went numb and I began violently shaking uncontrollably. The pain in my chest was what I can only imagine a heart attack would feel like. In fact, had I not had these attacks before, I would be inclined to believe that I was actually having a heart attack. The pressure on my chest was so severe, and the pain so intense that I found myself unable to breath steadily, not due to inability, but just because my mind was so focused on the pain that I wasn't able to remember HOW to breath right. The pain in my chest lasted about 2 hours, and the shaking continued until I fell asleep, as lying in bed to calm down seemed like the only reasonable thing to do. It was terrifying, and knowing that it will happen again is even more terrifying. I don't think it's actually possible to die from a panic attack, but I sure felt like I was dying. **** that shit.

2. I'm starving.

3. Anyone know of a good book? I've been wanting to read something for a while, and I just haven't. If anyone has any good recommendations, let me know, I like pretty much anything as long as it's good.

4. I need to go back to school, my life feels so empty right now, but I have no idea what I want to do with my life. I suppose I'm just going to take some core classes, and figure it out in time, but it seems silly to pay for something I'm unsure of. At any rate, it needs to be done.

5. Pockets on He-Man, I get it if I demand.

6. I really hope Mods don't end up with a lame banner, I'm really worried about it.

7. I'm thinking about taking a language class, any ideas on what I should take?

So, with less manga being read, it only makes sense that more people will be watching anime, we actually may get an influx of new members, just speculation.

But my concern is, with all these people coming to AC, and with the obvious crack-down on manga licensing and whatnot, is it possible that AC may be the next target for the Anime/Manga industry? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be completely destroyed if AC shut down, does anyone else see this as a possibility?

I've always been curious about the legality of AC's streaming anime, and how we get around copyrights and whatnot, so any Admin/Staff input on this blog would be much appreciated.
