Step-By-Step Guide for FACEPALM
To hit one's own forehead with your hand/palm, and drag it down one's face. Most often done in frustration or agitation.
Sometimes forcefully done to others for humour purposes.


Step I. Before Engaging in a Successful FacePalm, Make sure you have at least One Arm Equipped with a Fully Functional Palm (Fingers aren't Required but get the Job done in a more Elegant and Sophisticated Manner)

Step II. Lather Palm Gently...

I'm at this Indian restaurant down the street from work having lunch. The place was pretty packed and right next to me were two white guys. One was older (late 50s maybe) and the other looked to be about 30. They seemed perfectly normal and seemed to be having a conversation about work or some kind of business. The older guy was giving feedback and advice.
