Wisdom teeth not so wise

sooo yesterday morning i got my wisdom teeth taken out..all four and they were all fully impacted and the bottom ones were coming in at a 45º angle so they would have jammed into my other teeth if they were able to come up.
this is the second day and the pain is worse but tomorrow ill be the very worst for pain and swollenness....i look like a chipmunk lol
i have to take T3's every 4 hours and ibuprofen every 4 too but not at the same time as the T3s
i also have to take anti-biotics 4 times a day and i have to ice my jaw 20 minutes on 20 minutes off
im SO glad that i dont have to do the gauze thing anymore though damn that sucked T_T lol
i tried to stick my tongue out at my brother when i had gauze in and it just looked hilarious...both my brothers laughed at me when they first saw me lol
so its not so bad but it hurts and isnt the funnest thing in the world but at least im not in MORE pain and i have a mom to take care of me

I think mine can be compromised, Mine arent in any danger.. I just have to decide if I want the pain, or leave the teeth where they are.Posted 07-15-2010 at 04:15 PM by Lord Revan

I had all four of mine taken out at once too. When they put the shot in the roof of my mouth they did not numb it at all. I shed one tear and the doc thought me brave.
My two upper teeth were impacted so the dentist and became very close. My jaw hurt more from my jaw being pulled into his side to rattle me around (LOL) than from the pulling of my teeth. I also had to get stitches in my lower jaw because the holes were so wide.
Then, to cap it all off, because he thought me so "brave" he gave me a 10 days worth of 800mg Tylenol for the pain. I guess I should have cried more - but what good does crying do? It doesn't make the pain go away...
