Let the hunt begin group

"The year is 2350. Fifty-three test subjects lay face down on a table in a research lab called Lab 14. They are all injected with a type of serum nicknamed E2. E2 was made to create a superhuman, one who is capable of superior strength, speed, and intellect. Funded by the Military, thousands of experiments were done; leaving many to die either a slow and cruel death, or a quick and painless one.
The experiment was a complete success. However it gave all of the “subjects” something other than just superior strength, speed, and intellect. It gave them one more additional power, unique to each different person. One could manipulate and create fire, while another was able to shoot volts of electricity from the tips of his fingers. The only negative side effect was that there entire eyes would change to one solid color.
Five years later a breach in security of the facility gave the subjects time to escape. They retreated to a truly grotesque and horrifying place, the sewers. Once there they created a society, as if from the medieval ages, with nothing but the basic of technology. They became known as Rejects, and are now hunted by mankind for a reward by the government. Dead the government offers five hundred thousand, but alive the government will pay up to five million depending on their condition, abilities, and any other unique feature they posses."
There are three factions: (squads in all faction)
Organization X: A branch in the army, they work to capture the Rejects. Paid for by the government, they have the best soldiers and the best equipment available on the market, and probably some more.
The Rejects: Living underground and hidden from the rest of the world, the Rejects are the remaining of the escapees, or their offspring. All with different powers, they are a split group, some seeking revenge on the government, some seeking peace between the two. T
The Syndicate: They are a group of individuals, at war with everyone. They are driven by money, by morale, or for the fun of it. The Syndicate work for no one, but some may be hired for special jobs by anyone.
You may choose between 4 classes; Hunters, Rejects, crusader, and wargen.
Hunters:
Hunters are super strength humans, but most of all soldiers trained to kill. They come from various countries, have unique stories, but they all fight with great power. Their hard training combined with altered bodies makes them excellent war machines, fighting for whatever they feel is right, or where the money takes them.
Their powers are based on hard training and medicines. They don’t have superpowers, but they have extreme agility, intellect and strength. They usualy have one narrowed area of combat they have focused on, which may be assassination, stealth, close combat, spec-ops and so on.
Rejects:
Rejects are products of genetic experiments. They have gained powers beyond imagination, controlling elements, or gained physical or psychic strength you’ve only seen in comic books. They have also gained more elegant reflexes and refined senses.
Their powers can be split into three main categories: elemental, physical enhancement or psychic warfare.
the other two are
crusader:
this is a sub class to the hunter class, this will allow the hunter to gain reject powers, by becoming a hunter first, u will get the injection and ur power will be stronger than the rejects, u will have a hard time controlling ur power but it will be able to be fixed with training(cannot use the dying wish)
wargen:
these humans, have traveled far and have come from the forbidden kingdom, they have escaped and are on the run, they can transform into animals ( only 3)
bird ( able to use wind)
fox ( able to use fire)
bear ( able to use earth)
these animal/ people can only choose one animal per spar, they can by an elixir witch they can use during a spar to change there animal form ( 2 elixirs per spar)
(they can change from there human and animal form at will)
in order to get money you must Challenge someone. a challenge is different from a spar, a spar is just for fun and a challenge is for money.
