So after getting arrested 2 days ago in the morning and almost getting arrested for a fight the same night/morning, it seems the douche bag i fought found out my name and is now trying to formally press charges against me. This means i will have to hire a lawyer and all that shit which blows. On top of all that he will prob. win, because although in my mind talking shit bout anime is a crime, it is not when it comes to Pennsylvania law lol. And my hitting him because of that is my fault, i just thought he would not find out my name, and whoever told him or his g/f will be catching a beating believe you me. So i have had a pretty bad last few days of it, at least i can vent on here and you all have my back for obvious reasons! Thanks for listening to my *****ing, and pls share your thoughts

When it comes down to it like you stated its your dumb fault. If its a first offense it probably wont be that serious(then again, who knows). Also if you flat out admit you hit him, then a lawyer might not even take up the case(considering that there wouldn't be one to defend). You shouldn't have punched him to begin with, in this case your just an even greater idiot then him. Show us some backbone next time, the key to a fight is to have the opponent punch you or avoiding the fight all together by showing your superior to him, after that he has already lost the battle.

What do you mean "our kind"? People talk shit 'bout anime because the majority of people who watch anime (aka weeaboos, look that up if you don't know what it means) are stupid beyond comprehension.
The rest of us just sit down and watch anime quietly and talk casually about it with our friends, while generally ignoring the stupider population.
Also, just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean you punch them in the face. It isn't like they were trying to rape you or anything, you have no right to push violence on someone not trying to fight you. Self control is power, because it's easy to hit someone. That's the logical thing to do. Otherwise, everyone would be in jail for assault.
But whatever, good luck with your lawyer and getting some money.
