After my recent money spending for all that cop shit, i went ahead and did some more
A buddy of mine and myself are going into business with our landlord(which could be bad) but he owns a bar in the hoppin part of pittsburgh. We pooled our money and lets just say its enough money to but a really nice mercedes
That bar name is filthy Mcnasty's lol which is tight, its a sports bar with a dance floor, vip room and we do serve food! I did some research and this bar does not lose money in this shitty economy which is a must to goto this business. And a investment of this magnitude has to pay off, and it will. Plus really, i just wanted to goto the vip anytime i wanted
Now i really need to work more than 4 days a week! But you are now talkin to a proud owner of a bar!!!!!!!I should expect a return on my money in a few months, and will be in the green in less than a year, which means i actually start making money on top of my initial investment.We had been thinking about this for a while, and finally decided to do it early this afternoon, wish me luck
