After 3 years of use, one of my 1TB HDD's full of legal HD anime died today. RIP, my HDD, the anime in you will be missed.

On the bright side, I backed up all 595 One Piece episodes, 12 movies, ## specials to another HDD days ago. Other animes can gtfo.

It'll be hellish days of re-downloading. D:

The Frozen Skies of Dalmand is now open for new characters and opening posts, more setting updates will occur as the general going ons of the first day move towards the actual launch of the ship, and the adventure. This will occur in about 3 days or so, so for those wishing to have their character experience as much of the rp as possible I suggest you make a sheet as soon as possible.

Yippy!! so glad that I caught your attention, maybe you can help me out :D

So recently my creative river of ideas has run dry. :eyes: I blame this mostly on all the darn English papers that I've had to write. All of them were about some dumb subject or another that worked my brain to the brim writing 6 to 8 pages a paper on something I really didn't care about.
:/ Anyway because of this I can't seem to come up with any ideas for my next vlog :'( and because I kinda...sorta...live under a rock I don't really know what's going on in the social world or what other people would find "interesting".
Normally I would draw a silly picture to release the creative juices but sadly that's not helping much either as all I can seem to draw is straight lines......

As you can tell I have quite the problem, so that's where (hopefully) you guys come in. :)
Tell me a few subjects that you find interesting or would like to be discussed. This can range to almost anything and of course I will choose my favorite and give a super grateful shout out, because you will be saving my brain :D :kiss:

If you can't think of something you find interesting, you can also drop me some ideas for the next picture for me to draw. :)

The title of my blog got you?

Well good.. It seems i found love again but this time in a Anime, I didn't really like this Anime at first since it was so mainstream and people talked about it like it was EPIC SAUCE. So, I took a chance at it and I finished it in less than two weeks :eyes: :fangirl:

What is this anime you may ask? Well, it's non other then Gintama! :nosebleed: I started last week on a request by my best friend (Ayshanxt) She knows the good in me and told me to watch this show at first I was relucant and thought I was better then her but I gave up and watched it the next morning before school and OMFG :fangirl: I fell in love with Kotarou :cry: <-- Tears of Happiness.

I also made this blog because my best friend on AC made one so I had to make one >_>

I am going to re-watch Gintama again just for the hell of it. :despair:

So, I can re-meet All of them again <3333 :shades:

Welcome students, teachers, family and friends. We're finally here as Dundy County Stratton's graduating class of 2013. Look how far we've come, at our accomplishments, success, and experiences...so many cliches to start a valedictorian speech, but our class is anything but clich�. We might be the champions of this round in life, but that's all high school is, a stepping stone to our higher goals that we have for ourselves. We've worked hard to get here, but the real challenge is what's ahead... and the whole point of high school is to prepare us for that college experience, to give us the tools and wisdom we need to succeed, and to give us all the support as well as independence we need to survive in the adult world.
We've grown from those shy little kids in grade school to adults ready to take on the world... from a tiny french horn section in grade school barely able to squeak out a la when asked to match pitch to performing senior year at music contest. From tripping on a wire in the kindergarten play, coincidentally as a sad clown, to placing at state speech, and you can't forget the famous fifth grade quote: I can't hear my eyes are still adjusting! Sure, some of the class haven't been with us from the very start in kindergarten.. but that's ok, you're just as well liked as people who can't tell the difference between their eyes and ears. In fact our class was the first to start junior high with Stratton kids combined into our classes. And even though we may have started out in different towns and schools, we've all ended up here, in this school, graduating. While we've gone through this growth there has also been transformation, I mean I don't know if Coy still wants to be a secret agent or if Heather likewise dreams of being a country western singer... but I do know Libby still wants to be a teacher. I found an ancient picture the other day in black and white of course, and it was of our third and fourth grade quiz bowl team (another first by the way)... and the fact that our team now has a majority of those people on it... perhaps we've developed more than changed... like caterpillars maturing into butterflies.
As we all should know, caterpillars need a lot of food to grow into butterflies, and that's just what education should be, a means to mature our minds through prosperous learning. That education is not possible without all the people who have helped us... our teachers, secretaries, janitors, principals, coaches, friends and family, they're like the entirety of the tree that produce leaves for the caterpillars to grow on. Without that tree, we would not be the people we are today. Our branches, our support, the tree's roots and branches, you deserve two words: Endless gratitude. Thank you. You guys are kind of a big deal, Imagine what would happen to a tree if it didn't have roots, a trunk or branches... okayy, it's not really feasible... you can't picture it... and that's only part of the whole picture of these peoples' influence on our lives.
To the roots of the whole operation.. our families. They've helped us since day one. Their never-wavering support is what keeps us going. A safety net to lean back on in times of trouble, especially those stressful nights during finals week... and then there's those days they help out, without being asked to... I guess you wouldn't ask the roots to hold up the tree, but we can't take that assistance for granted, after all, the whole tree would collapse without them.
A tree would not be a tree without the trunk... it might be a shrub..... but anyway... The trunk of the tree, the strength to support the branches. Our secretaries, janitors, coaches and principals stand as our trunk. Those early mornings when you need let into the school, or into the locker room, or need anything that has to do with keys really. The secretaries, always keeping track of most everything that goes on in the school, and getting after you if something needs done. Our principals, yes our class is the first to have two of those as well, they take the steps necessary to keep our school looking and feeling like a good place to be, whether it be enforcing the dress code, or just asking you how your day was, they add so much, and to take time out of their days for us, it makes them that much more important. Now the coaches. They raise the texture of the bark on the trunk, pushing us as athletes to become more than we ever dreamed of being, available when needed for anything, like rushing a certain pole vaulter to the hospital, and more than willing to help out, even if you do make mistakes and let them down. It takes more than a little push to knock down a powerful tree.
That powerful tree has many branches, and those strong branches come in the form of teachers, advisors and anyone who has ever taught us anything... As a little kid, who doesn't remember trying to climb a tree and finding a branch that doesn't quite hold you? The branches in this tree, they don't break. They will hold you, provide the necessary leaves for success. There are so many things to say, you give us your time, your knowledge, wisdom, experience, in hopes that one day we might actually absorb some of it and become adults in our own way. You go above and beyond everything we could ever hope for to help us. Proofreading biology papers five or six times to make sure they're good enough, coming in early and staying late for extra help, even putting up with Coy's jokes! We would not be here today without you teachers.
Now, the roots, trunk and branches are taken care of... but where do your friends fit in there? They could be twigs splitting off the same branch, perhaps the wind, the rain and the sun. Friends influence our words and actions more than we might think, and there's not a specific place to put them. They can brighten up our days when we're sad, and we can offer them a shoulder to cry on when they need it too. Leaving this school, this elaborate tree-like network of education, we know we will still have many of you as friends to encourage us in our futures.
The word valedictorian, it comes from the Latin words vale and dicere (vall ay, dee-cher-ay), which mean to say and a farewell... so this is our farewell, the class of 2013, from Dundy County Stratton High School.

Hello!

Gosh it seems like it's been forever since I've been on AC... I don't seem to have much time for the computer lately.
I'm completely signed out of school, my last day of class was last friday, the...3rd of May. I was announced valedictorian Wednesday at graduation practice.... not very long for time to write the speech eh? I've just finished writing that speech this morning.
Blech it sucked.
It is about 1200 words long.
IF you figure about 125 words/min. then it should be done in less than ten minutes... cuz I talk kind of fast. But everything is in there!

I have nothing to worry about when it comes to college costs now. (I'm attending Fort Hays State University and majoring in Studio Art) the annual cost for a full time student is about 13000... (I'm taking 18 credit hours so it will be a little more)...
But any way. I've received a pell grant from the government for 5000
A work study grant for 3500
A presidential scholarship for a 30 on the act 2000
a hays black and miller award for 2000
a hester grant for 3000
a crane scholarship for 500
an anderson scholarship for 500
an alumni scholarship for 500
and all kinds of gradiation money.
and ill be working all summer.
Next year is going to be.... AWESOME.

unfortunately my schedule is full with the 18 hours ya know.
Plus i have to find time for band practice amongst all that.
My schedule consists of
a 3-D design class (630-920 on M W)
a drawing class (330-620 on M W)
a philosophy class (1030-1115 M W F)
a freshman seminar (3-350 T TH)
a college algebra class (130-220 M W F)
private flute lessons whenever i decide to do them twice a week for about an hour i believe
and a listening to music class (12-115 T TH).
