Adventures in the city should be avoided...

Me and roomie just went to find a new large supermarket... we got lost. :/

This is Auckland:

See the big pointy toothpic? That's the Sky Tower. Apparently, no matter where you are in Auckland you can see it...

We managed to lose it.

We ended up on K road... where the pimps and transvestites hang out at the strip clubs and we were propositioned by a cross dressing prostitute when we stopped at the lights.

I'm never leaving my comfort zone again...

On the upside, I got galaxy chocolate and Tizer. Yay for English stuff.

    We printed instructions to get there, but not to get back. We couldn't just reverse them because we came off the motorway...

    I want to go back to my nice rural home with the grass and animals and nice respectable businesses...

    We were trying to use the toothpick as a marker to get back into the city centre but it vanished. Dx we just stumbled on home quite accidental... :'D
