yes i love this movie but no more side tracking. i offically declare this month over. im so fed up with it. first, i have the situation with my best friends younger brother.. (long stoy short, he likes me and i found this out on new years, ever sence then my brain and heart hate me for enclosing certian thins... >.>) then secondly, valentines day. i allready hate it and this year, because of reason 1, it suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked!!! thirdly, i already take enough meds, now i have to take more.. >.>... really im so young and i take 7 diffferent meds... sad huh? lastly i just found out that my good friend for 4 years broke up with her boyfriend and is now my wify (not really just some fed up house lol, im devorced from my ex wife, we had 3 kids, i keept one, got remarried, have 1 sister, one brother, a dog, a koala, and a daughter) likelikes me and likes our daughter and her ex is about 5min from my foot up his BUTT!!!!! gahh he pisses me off. SKREW U!! go back in your hole!!!!!!! jerk.... >.> sooo yeah im pretty fed up with this month......

Beyond Birthday (also known as Rue Ryuzaki/B, BB) was the 2nd child taken in at Wammy's House, in an attempt to create a successor for L, and was the serial killer behind the Los Angeles BB Murder Case.

Beyond Birthday has never appeared in the manga, anime, or film series to date, but the BB Case was briefly alluded to in both manga and anime. He was born with Shinigami Eyes, which allowed him to see and know when exactly people around him would die, as well as knowing their full names. He uses this ability to pick his victims and kill them when they would have been destined to die. It is unknown how he could have possibly been born with the eyes, though Mello wonders if a Shinigami dropped its eyeballs to Earth (instead of a Death Note). Some have claimed that Beyond Birthday is a cannibal, but this is only a rumor. The novel did not say anything about him eating his victims' remains. Though this could be true, further information has yet to be revealed. During the investigation of the Los Angeles BB Murder Cases with Naomi Misora, B is described to have jars filled with strawberry jam in the victim's fridge. Some people also speculate that similar to L and Mello's craving for sweets, Beyond Birthday craves strawberry jam. However, he was only said to have eaten an entire jar one time in Another Note: The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases and Naomi Misora never witnessed him doing so again, though she herself wondered about the same thing. It is possible that his love of sweets during the entire time with Naomi Misora was a charade as well. Although mentioned only once in the book, it is also implied that Beyond Birthday practices laughing quite often. Also, it is interesting to note that his laughter is referred to by Mello as a "Shinigami's laugh."

A is only mentioned once, very briefly, in the book Death Note: Another Note: L. A. B. B. Murder Cases. He, a male, was the original successor to L and one of the first Wammy Kids. He lived in Wammy's House along with B, or Beyond Birthday. The only other known fact about him is that he couldn't handle the pressure of having to succeed L and commited suicide.

the two walked out the door, leaving a tip for the cooks. Misako was bowing her head.

"Misako, how would you like to explore Chinatown with me?" Yoshi said with a grin on his face.

"you really mean it Yoshi? you don't mind sending the rest of this day with me?" Misako said with a tune of cheer.

"Of course." he finished with a tugging of Misako's arm. "let us go find you a new dress to complement this; he pulled out a hair pin, shinning with beautiful gems of every sort, assorted to resemble a rose. He bowed, gift in hand.

"you, bought this for..." but before she could stumble the last word out, Yoshi was embracing her.

"Lets go, before someone sees us." yoshi said, trying to forget what he just did. He grasped her hand and rushed off.

they walked into the first clothing store to the left. As they walked in, a cool breeze swept both of them. "Welcome to our humble store, a nice dress for our young miss, perhaps?" a miss, barely shy of 30, dark brown hair, that was swaying in her face, said bowing. "This way miss." she let out a soft sigh then grinned at Yoshi.

yoshi gripped the hair pin and fallowed the two women. " I think a nice blue will complement our light complexion." the store cleark said with a giggle. She handed Misako a bundle of dresses and sent her to a older woman behind a curtain to help her put on the dresses. about 5 minutes passed before Misako was finished putting on the first dress.. She walked out to yoshi.

"What do you think Yoshi?" Misako said with a giggle. She wore a blue kimono with read and pink flowers cattered all over.

Yoshi's eyes did a quick glance, then a long examination. he couldn't stop looking at her. "Very nice."

"i think so too." said the store clerk behind the curtain. "ah young lovers i persume?" the old woman said with a laugh of remembrance. "Must be great." the old woman's face suddenly became gray and tear ridden.

"Mama!!!" exclaimed the young lady. "its ok.. shush shush shush, now" she said softly in her saddened mother's ear. time passed and she came out with her mother, "sorry about that. Mama is still love sicken after my father disapeared 3 years ago." An akward silence fled the room.

"now then, the dress?" Misako said, breaking the silence. "May i buy it, yoshi?" Yoshi was destreacted by a glimer on the floor. "Yoshi?"

"What, oh yes you may." he said quickly. She purchased the dress. then, a loud scream was sung. "Yoshi!! are you alright?"

Everything was black, the room, the air, and Misako. then, a gleam of blue appeared before his eyes. "Misako?" Yoshi said softly.

"it is ok. we are at your apartment, yoshi." she said holding his head up. "you blacked out, but you should be fime now." she said happily.

"Oh that's good to hear. Do you mind making some tea?"

"right on it sir." she said. As she got up, her hair fell out of her perfect bun, and fell past her shoulders. "oh no. My hair tie must of snapped." she then took out the hair pin she got from Yoshi earlier that day, and pinned up her hair. she then paused and turned to Yoshi; she smiled softly and resumed towards the stove. "green tea is all you have?" she said in wonder.

"Sorry i didnt get a chance to go to the supper arket." yoshi said trying to get up.

"Rest up. i'll go and get some tea at the market." she smiled and embrased Yoshi. "bye, see you soon" she smiled again and left.

Yoshi closed his ees and fell asleep.~

~Misako went back into Chinatown and went into the local market. she browsed around untill she found the tea leaves. "Now which tea to buy." she said, thinking out loud.

"Misako, is that you?" a strange but familiar voice said.

"oh my, is that you Zhen?" Misako said in shock.

"Long time to see. How are you?" he said with a slight chuckle.

"im doing fine, and yourself?" Misako said with a smile.

"bored and fat as ever" Zhen said with a wink of irony. "why are you in chinatown, Misako?" he said with wonder in his muffled voice.

"Im here to purchase tea leaves, for my.." her voice trembled off, as she remembered, any word of Yoshi to Zhen, thing might get out of hand.

"ah i see. How is he then." Zhen said, with a sence of hurt, "By that minty smell, im pursuming your buting him leaves to heal him?"

"Yes"

"well let me help you take the to him" Zhen said trying to sway Misako. "well?" saying, following her to the check out.

"that will be 100 yin." said the man running the store. Misako payed and left the store, ingnorring Zhen. she walked towards Yoshi's house as she felt a tug on her arm. "Miss, your being followed." a young voice said. She brushed it off and continued to walk off. suddenly, a sharp pain struck her leg. Misako let out a soft scream and then fell to the floor.

Zhen, relizing what had happened, rushed her to Yoshi's place.
