Help Plz

Sooo.. gotta start applying for college and stuff. Applications r ez for the most part but I was hoping some smarter ppl could tell me how the heck I get my school to send transcripts to the colleges I want to go to. Also gonna do some college visits soon, what sorta stuff should I look for @ campus aside from what type of people, size of campus, location of stuff, and class sizes.
Ok one more important thing, I've got an essay topic which tells me to write about the most personally significant act I've done for the community. Now here's the problem, I've only volunteered once for 3 hrs at a library and all I did was shelve DVDs, WTF do i write about?! Also I don't do extra curriculars soo that gives me even less to write about. Toss some ideas at me in regards to the essay.

For college, ask them? I dunno how your system works. When I went looking round, I looked at the classes available, proximity to home (travel costs can be a real annoyance), size of the campus, accommodation availability, cost of life in that particular city, transport in the city, proximity of amenities and it's ranking in the country.
But in the end you'll probably know the right one for you when you get there.
Essay... make it up? >.> Burning buildings, helpless old people, stray dinorawrs, clearly...

Hmm... so for the essay write that I was arranging books than a stray dinosaur came outta nowhere and attempted to devour an old man, but some how I managed to serenade the beast...and put something in there about the letter "X"

i'll help u. to send off ur transcripts u have to talk to ur councilor they will take care of sending off ur transcripts normally thew will fax them to ur college like they did mine and for the rest u were talking about u have to have pretty good grades depending on what college ur trying to go to pick a college that suits u. and ur second question people are really stupid these days espically teachers just do wat i do every time just make up something i've never failed a research paper there to easy i normally copy and paste from wikipedia then spend and hour and half rewording into my own words thats how u get the best grade or try ur best wat ever works for u best.Posted 08-28-2009 at 01:58 AM by shadowkid009
