Beginning May 11th....You won't see me as much

Just like the title says. Monday May 11th im going to start practicing for some races, mostly 5k's. And then on June 2nd im going to start a training program, for a race that i plan on racing in September. Its called the Men's Health Urbanathlon. Its an 8 mile race in New York City, where i have to jump over obstacles, and climb 52 floors of stairs. Hopefully by the time that September comes i'll be in great shape and do well overall.
but before that race there are a couple 5k's that im also going to participate in. the first one is the 21st of May, which is not that far away. this first 5k, im just going to race to see in what shape i am in. because its been a while since i run. and then all throughout June, August September. i'll be busy running most of my time. hopefully all will turn out well.

I run but not standalone, like I run when playing soccer lol. I love the thrill of running fast, feeling the wind of my face that makes me feel faster then anyone, but I hate just running for 8 miles. Good thing you've got obstacles to make it more entertaining while running

P.S: I love running up stairs I use my toes to climb them ultra fast

That was a exercise I did for building calves for long jump / triple.
