I cant do nothing :[

I would usually go jogging about now but I injured my left upper quadriceps.
This happened last Saturday when I was going to Wing Chun training.
I was all pumped up, looking forward to training; when i got there i saw everyone waiting outside the gym. Training was canceled on that day because the gym was being used for something else
That was the first blow. It was a cold day I was on my way home when I saw my bus going to the bus stop like 70m away. I did a short sprint and caught the bus, once I got on I felt a sharp pain in my left thigh, I had to miss football(soccer) game in the evening because of it. That was the worst thing of all that day.
Now its 4 days later the pain is nearly gone but I been told not to do no running for a while or anything that will put strain on my injury so that it doesn't become recursive. Hopefully I'll be fine for tomorrow.

    It is really important to rest it. I did a similar thing with my lower back, came out a soccer game for it. Fought through the pain for the next two weeks and it got really bad and still affects me. Rest it and make sure your all healed before you play.

    hey thanks for the comments guys. I know drumz, tomorrow im just gonna work on my arms and core, its best to fully recover first.
