Wing chun training went pretty sick since it was focusing on the wooden... I was out for a month because of exams and stuff but yesterday I was back. Wing chun training went pretty sick since it was focusing on the wooden dummy form which was fun and not too strenuous. However football that evening was a killer. It was hot and I was up and down the left wing all night. I tweaked my right hamstring and got cramp in my left calf muscle but other than that (which happened near the end), I had a decent game. Scored from near the halfway line w00t. Haha but the next morning(today) I was a mess, I could hardly get out of bed and my whole body was aching. My legs to my neck are aching and my obliques are killing me lol...I guess that's what happens when you hardly do any excersize for a month then suddenly do lol. Anyway I think I'll just do a load of stretches today hopefully I'll be fine by tomorrow.

P.S I'll probably be on AC less in the summer, didn't even get to talk about the new bleach chapter :eek: I'm looking foward to the next one for sure, Naruto's little team up was pretty cool too I guess. KHR is getting sick once more...

I had no clue how to start it I sat there for 1/2 an hour baffled. I read the question like 50 times in the end I started it flicking through the book. No previous revision (it was the first term) Well I thought what you are thinking now; definite fail :eek:
The results came out today and I got a C, it was said 50% of the people failed (its like 250 people)...so right now I'm dumbfounded :confused: and thought I'll share this weird feeling with the people of AC.

My teacher said that its my Chi, apparently its uncontrolled. I don't know too much about Chi but I was feeling good yesterday, my energy levels were much higher than normal and when I played football later on I was on form in front of goal. I don't know why but yesterday was my best in terms of performance for ages. Maybe it was because I haven't trained or anything for like three weeks, only once I went football in that time. This happened last Saturday when I was going to Wing Chun training.
I was all pumped up, looking forward to training; when i got there i saw everyone waiting outside the gym. Training was canceled on that day because the gym was being used for something else :mad:
That was the first blow. It was a cold day I was on my way home when I saw my bus going to the bus stop like 70m away. I did a short sprint and caught the bus, once I got on I felt a sharp pain in my left thigh, I had to miss football(soccer) game in the evening because of it. That was the worst thing of all that day.
Now its 4 days later the pain is nearly gone but I been told not to do no running for a while or anything that will put strain on my injury so that it doesn't become recursive.
