Wish me luck guys! 
I go to court in the morning over child support. I have been helping my father with his online store, where he isnt too good with computers, I have been uploading photos of items, writing detailed descriptions, keeping up with auction ends and whatnot on there. I made a quick 200 dollars and went down to pay the child support people, which 200 is MORE than my monthly payment.
Hopefully they wont put me in jail because I just got out of jail and immediately paid this months payment PLUS extra money paid since I am behind. I don't see why they would put me in jail if right when I got OUT of jail, I started making more payments. The child support system has NO mercy for anyone, no matter their life problems or current financial situations.
With the whole jail thing, it really got me in the mind state that I need to get on the ball, get my life in order so I can get full custody of my son, because his mother has gotten in trouble, once with social services or whatever for giving my son BEER when he was like 2 years old, she got kicked out of her home because the board of health ruled it "unlivable conditions" because her house was so nasty. She even came to me, and told me she had this HILARIOUS story about Jayden (my son). She said "it was so funny, I walked into the living room and Jayden had ate the whole ashtray full of cigarette butts." I looked at her like ..... ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Thats insane, you LET him eat CIGARETTES? Then she started acting like it was an accident and that it wasnt funny at all.
Me and my sons mom havent been together since before he was born for numerous reasons. I wouldn't mind one bit to pay child support for my son, but she gets the money and she is bad off on drugs. I know what she will spend my kids money on, her mom and dad and other family and friends I have talked to tell me ALL kinds of stuff, that she has my kid around drug dealers, that she SELLS the toys and games that I buy him for drugs, that she asks for money from her family for Jayden and her family WILL NOT give her money because they know what she does with it.
I am the last male person to carry on my last name, and she will NOT sign the papers to get his last name changed to mine, she said she needs someone to carry on HER last name, but she has 2 BROTHERS with the name to carry on to their kids. She lied to me and told me that he wasnt my son before he was born because she said she cheated on me a LOT. Then a year or so later, I get a like... 2,000 dollar bill from child support from back pay, she had taken me out for child support. THAT is how I found out I even HAD a son, a child support letter for almost 2,000 dollars.
It has been hard for me to catch back up with the child support, but I'm sick of this. I'm putting an end to this nonsense. Even her PARENTS tell me I need to get my life in order and get my son from her. So..... I'm fed up and full of determination. I am dedicating my efforts to making money and getting a place of my own or giving my son my own bedroom, so that I can have custody of him. That would be my DREAM come true...

@might: Thanks man, I hope it works out too. Child Support Services ARE relentless, but they do have good reason, because there are a LOT of deadbeat dads who dont care about their kids, those people deserve the rough punishment. ME on the other hand, I live my entire week JUST to spend the weekend with my kid, I buy him things whenever I can make some money, I love walking him to the playground, taking him fishing, downloading movies for me and him to watch (I took HIM down MY memory lane and let him watch "Ernest Scared Stupid" lol, he LOVED it)
but yeah, I love my son and want EVERY BIT to be as much as part of his life as I possibly can. So I shouldn't be treated as roughly.
I dont know, we will see tomorrow

Ah, it seems brutal, but hopefully the brutal part is over, it has BEEN brutal and taken a toll on my stress levels, but I'm good. For the first time in a long time I have a good feeling about this.
