I Am Hating.. Wow. *annoyed*
ok so in my opinion onepiece was the start of crappy animation taking the good out of adult swim.. and so i stopped watching.. it wasnt even untill i joined this awesome site untill i realized that it still freggin existed.. I JUST DONT FHKING GET IT!!
400+ EPISODES of this madness. what i dont get is why.. i watched it for a bit in the beginning.. lost my interest.. dragging out a crappy plot for way too freggin long. and thats like the foundation for conversation on this site
when there are so many better animes out there and its like a freeggin conformist union here. if you dont watch bleach. naruto. or one piece. theres no place for you here. off to the chat threads. and if you do try to start some thing new if it isnt posted on within 20 minutes it disappears for ever due to lack of common popularity.. or because normal ppl with taste have givin up hope on expecting and looking for anything else here.. its like join or die... idk some of this may be innaccurate or what ever.. not caring one bit.. this is my impression.. try nd chnge it..

they give you the freedom to start new threads but even if you dont break any form of rule theyll close it.. wtf is that!!?? then be more selective over who has the rite to do so with out being instantly shot out of the sky.. gurr im normaly happy all live and let live but this is crazy to me.
the name and purpose of this place i thought wouldve been pretty straight foreward.. but theres like all these taboos and random rules there should be in introduction to this place cause jumping in is like saying sharks please come eat me.. im begging you...

you watched one piece dubs on cartoon network? if so then you rightfully hate one piece...the one piece dubs are some of the worst dubs i have seen in anime. but i retraied it with subs and one i got past the part the dubs ruined for me it became my favorite anime...

i agree the start of one piece is awfull but further on it gets a lot better but i still think there are far better things out they're i cant stand naruto or bleach, you just gotta ignore the noobs and go to the manga forum where we like a wider range of things

The thread I closed yesterday was to talk about whatever you wanted, correct? That is, in essence, the Chat thread. You say you want to talk about all different kinds of things, but you neglect the fact that there are hundreds of different threads for stuff. As Maxi pointed out, there is a section devoted to any anime that isn't the Big 3. There is a game section to talk about video games, there is a movie section to talk about movies and television shows. A single thread to talk about all of this stuff would be extremely disorganized and lead to spam. you didn't like the crappy animation you say, but what you're missing out on is a very well built storyline with good emotions in it as well.
I personally like it alot, though I oh so hated the animation at first.
Thing is, I'm the type of person who says that if you haven't watched the whole thing, your opinion doesn't matter.
I love the lesser known ones such as X'amd, Wolf rain, Heroic Age, etc. too though.

I don't like the dubs, it takes the laugh and seriousness out of anime. Well, not that I watch One Piece.
