Weights,Bike,and pokewalker

I thought the title would sound intresting if I threw in some random words.
Here is my workout plan 4 getting back in shape.
Starting this week I will lift weights that weigh from 5-to-15 everymorning before school etc.
Every afternoon I will do 2 laps on my bike around the neighborhood and every week I will add another Lap.
And Sometimes I take my pokewalker with me for watts and such stuff.
I kept the blog short and sweet for other lazy members such as myself who dont bother to read walls of text.
