I sat down on the river bed's shore, and then I

remembered Ana, still down at the bottom of the river.

'Ana, you there?'
There came no reply.
I ran towards where I had seen her last. I peered

into the murky depths of the muddy water and I saw
a spherical bubble floating about 10 feet down. I
caught a glimpse of Ana's white and black coat, perfectly
clean even in the dirty water. Peeling off my shirt so it
doesn't weight me down, I dove for her....

I came back into conciousness, noticing that I was still in the white room, lying on a hospital bed with Monty. Not that that is physically possible, but they somehow managed. I immediately was aware of another presence in the room, but the pain that came with the awareness in my shoulder was enough to make me stay down.
The door opened a click and i just barely opened my eyes. Only enough to make out the shapes of the crazy lady who now had control of me, and a huge snow...

I was back down by the disgusting brown pool, and the leeches were still there, dried up and dead. Who would be here to help me? Most everyone I know would have just left me there to die. The sun's setting on the last day, that was so EASY i thought. I looked around for Monty, but he wasn't asleep beside me as he usually was. I got up and looked around in the cave for him, nothing. THe other Kamodo Dragons hadn't seen him since a while earlier. Where the hell coudl he be?
