
5 Mood Boosters!
Here's the 2nd Mika's Frenzy Five !!
One feels down alot... so was I lately :S
sometimes, there are certain things that you do to lift up your mood, you might be aware of them or not.
Mood boosters are useful when you're feeling down, angry, or depressed,..
so here are the 5 mood boosters I usually do:
1# Dancing!!
such a stress releaser, you have no idea, & the types of dancing that exist , oh man## I personally like the hyper ones; street & hiphop dancing , or indian dancing , but other types have their timings too
Best thing about it is that there is a dance for every feeling: Sad, happy, pained, angry, fighting, hype.. you name it, dance will express it
2# Cycling, speacially if it's a natural place,in the woods, by the sea .
It has this uplifting feeling, I think it's the closest thing to flying if you ask me,but if I get to try parachuting or bunjee jumping , I'd change my view about it !!
3# Watching a good comedy!
The power of laughing out loud is just unbelievable#
Plus it's contagious !!
4#Loud Music:
Headphones & a volume of 100%!!
You simply feel like nothing can go wrong or that the world is yours!!
5# Popcorn!!
I'm not really a big fan But I read before that popcorn is a mood lifter , like chocolate -which I don't fancy either-, however when I tried it, it worked !!

What do you do when your angry? Punch the pillow, listen to music, pick up a fight ??

Once I've slept and am fully rested, other things don't seem quite so bad. I end up sleeping most of the days away when I'm upset though. On and off all day.
Well, the only time I've ever really been angry was when I was coming off a night shift at work and had to go out for another so needed to sleep during the day. But the guys in the apartment next to me starting playing music at about 10am. I was so tired and so worried about not sleeping that I had a fat cry and punched the wall cause it was direction of my anger.
