I finished my first week of going to the gym.

It was hard. But I did it and I'm going to work on my legs,
my arms, and my abs, and my booty.
I'm also eating a little more healthy.
I had fruit for breakfast today.

my supervisors's boss thinks Im wierd because of you guys >.>

I was coming in from lunch and he was getting in shit for not doing something

so I walk in and he's like "Blame him, its his fault" and he ponted at me

so I started laughing XD they couldn't figure out why >.>

I have had a sore throat and been really congested for the past 3 days. I was pretty much bed ridden. (chair ridden so i can play Resident evil 5.) It is not as bad now, but i still have a sore throat, despite taking the maximum dosage of several medicines for 2 day. At least I can breathe though.
If anyone knows anything that is good for a sore throat that isn't the ususal stuff, please tell me.

Tea
Milk
cough drops / lozenges
Hot chocolate...
