hey first blog so im new at this,anywho ill get started:

Today in JROTC we had cadet challenge( im a seargent Btw) which is basically a bunch of events. So the event today consisted of : V-Sit Reac(w/arm stretching), Curl-Ups( like sit-ups but easier) & pull-ups(pulling up over a bar)

the first one i did was sit-ups & i did well for a person who never leaves his room & despises the sun; back to the subject i did 51 in 60 secs. Next was the V-Sit Reach which was easy for me seeing as i am a practitioner of capoeira , I got 8 inches past my feet.

Finally my mortal enemy the pull-up bar! I use to have crazy upper body strength but around january i broke my elbow & i still can't completely straighten my right arm. Anyway i did 2, not because i got tired but because my right arm went through a series of clicks then completely failed on me( it happens if i overexert my elbow) so that was todays cadet challenge.

I guess thats all for now Im an AP student so i gotta study so ciao!

    ahhh so i see someone is in JROTC yea i got a few friends in there(very high ranks like sergent or so i think one is major)
