Unbound: Chapter 1 Part 8

BAM! The door smashes open and before the guards can react, the girl with the red hair beheads the first row of guards and sheaths her katana. “Party time” She snickers then she walks to the lift. The guards are alerted and come at her from either side with shotguns. Scarlet puts her sword on her back and back flips to avoid the gunfire and lands between two guards. She punches then both in the chest from either side and draws their guns from their holsters and shoots them in the face. The other guards slide into action and begin pumping shells at her. She then jumps in the air and twirls while still shooting the dual pistols in her hand. The bullets rip the flesh of the guards and then flop on the floor dead when she lands back on her feet. Scarlet then throws both guns to the side and continues to the lift.

Meanwhile on the motorbike Shirou and Kaito arrive on the outskirts and see Izumi faction police militia rushing over to the main building. Shirou and Kaito follow the police on foot and reach the building. Kaito looks around to see a massacre of guards and the stench of blood fills the air with a vile smell. Kaito’s heartbeat drops and he dips his head, after pointing his head to the floor he is sick and pukes on the floor. Shirou pats him on the back and then they both head inside.

Scarlet onthe other hand laughs and laughs as she drops guard by guard on the floor when she is stopped and confronted by a blond woman with long slick hair carrying a HUGE sword. Scarlet licks the blood from her sword and laughs loudly “FINALLY! A STRONG OPPONENT FOR ME TO SLAUGHTER!”. The other girl takes her stance and finally speaks in a soft voice “So, it has come to this, the great scarlet turns into a psychotic madwoman” she smiles and Scarlet looks back at her with a serious expression “Madwoman? AHAHAHAHA” She laughs out loudly and then reverts back to her blood lusted face “Tell me who you are!”. The other woman remains silent. Scarlet then draws a portion of her katana from the sheath “Fine, corpses don’t need names anyways”.

Her image flickers and Scarlet appears in front of the woman sending her katana down on her. The woman counters by adjusting her huge sword from her shoulder and blocks the attack but is sent back. “Impossible!” She proclaims “Such a small sword and such a large force!”. Scarlet then runs up to her dragging the sword along the ground making a echoing crackle as it is dragged across the marble floor.

Suddenly Shirou and Kaito burst into the scene and Scarlet briefly pauses to look at them both. “Oh? You again? You’re that baby that can’t kill, well I’ll end your misery right now!”.

She charges for Kaito with her katana held high. Shirou draws his spear and spreads it in an arc. Shirou attempts to swing it down on her but as it reaches her she jumps over the swing and kicks Shirou in the head sending him back into a wall. As Shirou hits the wall he can feel his bones crunch and the wall behind him crack. Scarlet turns round and grips the hilt of the katana and charges for Kaito again. This time she sends a stab at him. Kaito dives out the way but is slashed in the side “Kuuuh, Scarlet!!!! Listen to me” She ignores him and charges at him again but suddenly she is smacked into a pillar by the blond.

The blond pick up Kaito up to her chest height and tells him “I’ll deal with her for now, you two should go somewhere else” then chucks him a fair distance behind of her. “By the way young man, My name is Agrias and it has been a pleasure meeting you and the one named Scarlet”.

She slams her huge sword into the ground creating a vibration like an earthquake on the floor “Come, Scarlet show me what you got!”
