No, zombies can't get pregnant. Death is pretty much the equivalent to menopause. Besides, would you have sex with an undead monster who's trying to eat you? If so, then go see a psychiatrist. Zombies don't mate, the males' "Limb" would fall off during intercourse. Plus zombies don't generally pay attention to each other, they're busy looking for prey. The only account of a pregnant zombie was in "Dawn of the Dead" where a woman was 9 months pregnant before turning into a zombie. Eating zombie flesh would turn you into a zombie I think... the tissue is all rotten though, it would make you sick. But it seems the zombie disease is only passed by biting. From saliva to blood...
A full fledged zombie couldn't get pregnant, none of their organs work. But, eww?
