Well interesting day ^^
Course, it's always interesting to live in a place with high population and the government trying to nationalize everything >.>
Lets see..
Got out of the motel, walked down the road, turned right and went to the newspaper stand (almost got hit by a car) and flipped through a few pages before not buying it and handing it back.
I got a death glare
hey man, not my fault the news is either crap or propaganda

Schrödinger's Cat - analysis

Posted 10-23-2009 at 09:43 PM by the darkest anime fan

Schrödinger's famous thought experiment poses the question, when does a quantum system stop existing as a mixture of states and become one or the other? (More technically, when does the actual quantum state stop being a linear combination of states, each of which resembles different classical states, and instead begins to have a unique classical description?) If the cat survives, it remembers only being alive. But explanations of the EPR experiments that are consistent with standard microscopic...

Schrödinger's Cat

Posted 10-22-2009 at 09:22 PM by the darkest anime fan

A cat, along with a flask containing a poison, is placed in a sealed box shielded against environmentally induced quantum decoherence. If an internal Geiger counter detects radiation, the flask is shattered, releasing the poison that kills the cat. The Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics implies that after a while, the cat is simultaneously alive and dead. Yet, when we look in the box, we see the cat either alive or dead, not a mixture of alive and dead.

Arrow paradox

Posted 10-21-2009 at 09:15 PM by the darkest anime fan

In any one instant of time, for the arrow to be moving it must either move to where it is, or it must move to where it is not. However, it cannot move to where it is not, because this is a single instant, and it cannot move to where it is because it is already there. In other words, in any instant of time there is no motion occurring, because an instant is a snapshot. Therefore, if it cannot move in a single instant it cannot move in any instant, making any motion impossible.

If you...

AC ads

Posted 10-21-2009 at 02:38 AM by the darkest anime fan

Are we all clicking on the ads three times a day?
AC/DC is a completely free site, both in forums and anime. It is controlled by the almighty ugamon and his jolly band of volunteers who keep this site going. Now with this site growing (along with all these upgrades) prices are going up. I'm sure I'm not the only one getting audio ads, and if you want to complain than help out and click on a few ads ever time you log on, or even visit.
