Job interview
Ok today i had a job interview at my local Wal-Mart. I hate going on job interviews. I am always nervous, never know what to wear and hate waiting. It started of with me getting there 45 mins early. Now, normally this would not be a bad thing. I could just walk around and do some light shopping. But today that was not the case. I got dropped off because my car is in the shop. so that means I would have to catch a bus home. which means no shopping because I would have to carry all my goods home. that would not be all that bad if the bus did not run every hour and a half on the weekends and i would have to catch two of them.
So it is finally my turn for the interview. I hate those random questions they ask and the their is always like 150 of those little riddles. now i am not sure wtf i am suppose to do when a certain question is always asked. " So Twix, do you have any questions for me?" WTF the only though that popped in my head was "I want a cookie" And I know that is not what she wanted to hear. So I get my self together and ask. "how was my interview? and When can I start." those are the only things I know to ask.
So the whole point of my half ass rambling blog is.....
What question do you ask the person who interviews you after the fact?????
Ps I got the job^^ as soon as i pass the drug test. Vinegar FTW

But interviews are a terrible way to determine those qualities. All interviews determine is how good a speaker you are/how good at lying you are (which, depending on the job, that might be very important).
The most effective (yet probably the most costly) way to determine the qualities you mentioned would be to use some kind of probation period. That and actually check the references that people put down.Posted 11-22-2009 at 12:10 AM by NiL8r
