oh i was already prepared for ko chi to die but did not expect him to be killed by a noob policeman, the noob policeman's face was hilarious when he shot ko chi

That noob policeman kill ko chi with one shot...meaning he must have shot his vital part of his body(maybe the heart)
how can that noob policeman be so accurate as a one hit kill when his hand is trembling like mad...i was surprise he manage to even shot on target in his condition....(loophole)
