Tower of Heaven (because it's an arc involving Erza and I like Erza

. Also I can never forget the experience watching this arc since I cried when Simon died) and Oración Seis Arc (it's fun to see how people from different guilds working as a team).

Lullaby arc had a good character introduction plot but the tenroujima arc was too full of win

Tenrou felt the best imo. Good quality, nice story, kickass bad guys, Gildartz. Had a bit of everything.
